Aluminum Composite Panels

Basar Aluminium Composite Panels are highly advanced facade and interior cladding material, produced by keeping the International Quality Standards into consideration. It is manufactured by integretingly bonding the thermoplastic low density polyethylene core with two highly chromated and non oxidising layers of aluminium, which is coated from top with special colour materials like PVDF resins (with 70% flourocarbon) or Polyethelene in a continuous co-extrusion process. The use of aluminium makes it very light weighted, easy to fabricate and the guaranteed colour coatings gives it a longer life.
